Dave was elected to the office of County Controller in the November 2007 general elections; followed by his swearing into office on January 7, 2008 along with other elected officials.
In August 2004, Dave was selected as Director of Audit for Greene County. He also continued to fulfill the position and duties of First Deputy to the Controller which he assumed in January 2004.
Education:
Waynesburg Central High School Graduate
Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Waynesburg College majoring in Accounting with a minor in Business Management.
Passed the Pennsylvania Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination and is currently working toward the hours required for CPA Certification.

As Controller, Dave is responsible for the timely and accurate accounting of County spending and finances. Primary activities of the Controller's Office include: financial reporting, financial auditing, cash management, county employee payroll assistance and expense oversight.
As Controller, Dave works closely with the county's Treasurer and Chief Clerk.
