Office Overview:
The Finance Office prepares financial reports and budgets for the various entities of the county government, working closely with program directors and elected officials and directing the operations of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
The Director of Finance oversees the operations of the Finance Office staff, which includes:
Budget Director, who prepares reports and budgets
Accounts Receivable Associate, who manages hotel/motel tax invoicing and the liquid fuels (bridges) inventory
Purchasing Agent, who coordinates the ordering and distribution of county supplies, furniture and office equipment, monitors fixed assets and obtains proposals on services and contracts for office equipment and county buildings
