GREENE COUNTY FAIR QUEENS

Each year, a fair queen is selected to reign over all contests and events related to the fair. She is the fair's ambassador at special events and represents the fair in area parades. The Greene County Fair Queen is expected to represent the fair with pride and dignity, and to exhibit the highest of principles at all times. The 2011 Miss Greene County Fair also earns the privilege of competing in the Pennsylvania State Fair Queen Pageant in Hershey in January 2012.

Fair Queen Competitions:
Each year Miss Greene County Fair Queen Contestants compete to determine who will take home the crown and sash of Miss Greene County Fair.

Judges determine the winner based on each contestant's personal interview, a brief speech on "Why You Should Come to the Greene County Fair," a written essay about the fair and an evening gown competition.
