The Greene County Retirement Board Meeting was called to order by Chairman Pam Snyder directly after the Commissioners Meeting in the first floor meeting room of the County Office Building. Others in attendance were: Commissioner Coder, Commissioner Trader, Chief Clerk Gene Lee, Marcy Maletta, Farley Toothman, Tracy Zivkovich, Dave Balint, Cory Grandel and Members of the Press.
MINUTES: Commissioner Coder made the motion and Commissioner Trader the second to approve the minutes from December 11th, 2009. Vote unanimous.
OLD BUSINESS: n/a
NEW BUSINESS:
Commissioner Snyder made the motion and Treasurer Grandel the second per the Solicitor to go into executive session at 10:15 am. Vote unanimous.
Commissioner Trader made the motion and Commissioner Coder the second to come back into the meeting after executive session at 10:21 am. Vote unanimous.

ADJOURNMENT: Treasurer Grandel made the motion and Controller Balint the second to adjourn the meeting. Vote unanimous.
