Pam Snyder, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 10:30 am. Present were Pam Snyder, Archie Trader, Chuck Morris and H. John Frazier.
Archie Trader made motion to approve the minutes of the September 1, 2010 meeting. Second by Charles Morris and approved.
There was no old or new business to bring before the Board.
There was no public comment to come before the Board.
Upon motion of Archie Trader, second by Chuck Morris the meeting was adjourned.
