Commissioner Coder called the Greene County Prison Board Meeting to order at 11:45 am in the first floor meeting room of the County Office Building. Others in attendance were: Commissioner Snyder, Commissioner Trader, Warden Gillispie, Deputy Warden Haxton, Chief Clerk Gene Lee, Dave Balint, Sheriff Ketchum, Judge Nalitz, General Public and Members of the Press.
MOTIONS:
Controller Balint made the motion and Commissioner Snyder the second to approve the minutes from April 21, 2010 meeting. Vote unanimous.
SECURITY:
Continue to house male and female inmates for Fayette County.
MAINTENANCE:
General maintenance continues daily.
TRAINING:
CPR re-certification training continues for all staff.
FINANCIAL REPORT:
Deposits totaling $3,944.00 was deposited with the Greene County Treasurer’s Office for work release and weekend inmates.
Fayette County owes $28,395.00 for April 2010 housing.
TOTAL 125 (This includes 30 Fayette County inmates)
GENERAL DISCUSSION:
Awaiting the results of the DOC inspection that was conducted on April 12 and 13, 2010.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
The next Prison Board Meeting will be held Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at noon at the Corner Cupboard Food Bank.

Commissioner Trader made the motion and Sheriff Ketchum the second to adjourn the meeting. Vote unanimous.
