The Greene County Commissioners Meeting was brought to order at 10:00 am by Commissioner Archie Trader in the first floor meeting room of the County office building. MINUTES Commissioner Morris made the motion and Commissioner Trader the second to approve the minutes from January 5, 2012. Vote unanimous.
Commissioner Morris made the motion and Commissioner Trader the second for a right-of-way agreement between the County of Greene and Mark West Liberty Midstream and Resources, LLC pending solicitor approval. Vote unanimous.
Commissioner Morris made the motion and Commissioner Trader the second for the certification of County funds for Farmland Preservation 2012 program year. Vote unanimous.
Commissioner Morris made the motion and Commissioner Trader the second to reappoint William Cree as chairman to the Farmland Preservation Board. Vote unanimous.
