The Greene County Commissioners Meeting was brought to order at 10:00 am by Chairman Pam Snyder in the first floor meeting room of the County office building. MINUTES — Commissioner Trader made the motion and Commissioner Morris the second to approve the minutes from January 3, 2012 reorganization meeting. Vote unanimous.
Commissioner Morris made the motion and Commissioner Trader the second for an amendment #1 to the grant agreement for Southwest Regional Medical Center Redevelopment Assistance Capital Project to increase the contract by $500,000 thereby increasing the total cost of the contract from $1,500,000 to $2,000,000. Vote unanimous.
Commissioner Trader made the motion and Commissioner Morris the second to appoint Pam Snyder as the Commissioner Representative to the Human Services Advisory Board. Vote unanimous.
Commissioner Morris made the motion and Commissioner Trader the second to appoint Widmer Engineering as the County Bridge Engineer. Vote unanimous.
Commissioner Trader made the motion and Commissioner Morris the second for the FY2010/2011 Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Income and Expenditure Report. Vote unanimous.
Commissioner Morris made the motion and Commissioner Trader the second for the Supports Coordination Organization Annual Qualification Renewal. Vote unanimous.

Commissioner Snyder announced that there will be a salary and retirement board meeting directly after this meeting and there will be a reorganizational meeting of the sinking fund and election board.
