The sinking fund reorganizational meeting was brought to order by Chairman Pam Snyder in the first floor meeting room of the County office building. Others in attendance were: Commissioner Trader, Commissioner Morris, Chief Clerk Jeff Marshall, Marcy Maletta, Tracy Zivkovich, Sherry Wise, Cheryl Cowen, Tina Kiger, Judy Rizor, George Smith, Harry Gillispie, Elizabeth Menhart, Charlotte Popielarcheck, General Public and Members of the Press.
b>MINUTES — Commissioner Trader made the motion and Treasurer Grandel the second to approve the minutes from February 16, 2011. Vote unanimous.
ADMINISTRATION:
Reorganization of elected officers:
Commissioner Trader made the motion and Treasurer Grandel the second to appoint Pam Snyder as Chairman of the Sinking Fund.
Commissioner Trader made the motion and Commissioner Morris the second to appoint Cory Grandel as Vice Chairman of the Sinking Fund.
Commissioner Morris made the motion and Treasurer Grandel the second to appoint Dave Balint as the Secretary of the Sinking Fund.

Treasurer Grandel made the motion and Commissioner Trader the second to adjourn the meeting. Vote unanimous.
