GREENE COUNTY COMMISSIONER DAVE CODER TO JOIN CONGRESSMAN CRITZ'S STAFF

WASHINGTON, D.C. Congressman Mark S. Critz (PA-12) announced today that Greene County Commissioner Dave Coder will be joining his staff as Deputy District Director.
Commissioner Coder was first elected Greene County Commissioner in 1995, and is currently in his fourth consecutive term. Commissioner Coder also served as Board Chair and Past President of the County Commissioner Association of Pennsylvania and as past Chairman of the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission. In 2009, He received the Governor's Award for local government excellence for outstanding service to local government.
"I’m thrilled that Dave Coder has accepted the offer to join my Congressional staff," said Critz. "I know that he will continue to serve southwestern Pennsylvania in his new role as my Deputy District Director with the same passion and hard work that he has shown for the past fourteen years as County Commissioner."
Commissioner Coder will resign his office as a member of the Board of Commissioners on Friday July 2, 2010. The vacancy will be filled by the Court of Common Pleas Judges of Greene County.
