Rices Landing Borough was incorporated in May 15, 1903. Rices Landing occupies a narrow and level river terrace, precipitous hillslope, and level ridgetop adjacent to the Monongahela River in northeastern Greene County.
The borough is in
9th Congressional District, the 46th Senatorial District, and the 50th Legislative District of Pennsylvania.
