Airport Administration Building Egress Ramp & Deck Materials - County of Greene
Sealed bids for the following work at the Airport Administration Building Egress Ramp & Deck will be received by the Greene County Controllers Office, Greene County Office Building, 93 East High Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370 until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on Monday November 14, 2022 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
The materials below shall be delivered to the Greene County Airport Administration Building 417 E. Roy Furman Highway Waynesburg, PA in new condition.
· 600 - Treated 2x2x42” deck spindles
· 400 - 1x6x16 Trex enhance basics or equivalent with protective outer layer (color not determined)
· 116 - Treated 2x12x12
· 115 - Treated 2x10x8
· 100 - Treated 2x6x10
· 80 - Treated 2x10x10
· 41 - Treated 6x6x16
· 34 - Treated 6x6x12
· 12 - Treated 4x4x10
· 21 - 3 ½ x 11 ¼ X 10’ Treated LVL or if not available 42 1 ¾ X 11 ¼ X 10’ Treated LVL
· 15 - 3 ½ X 9 ¼ X 10’ Treated LVL or if not available 30 1 ¾ X 9 ¼ X 10’ Treated LVL
· 27 - 12” X 48” Sonic tubes
· 10 - boxes of trex 360 count universal hidden clips with screws
· 232 - 2x12 deck brackets

· 6 - 10’ sections of 1 1/2'” black iron pipe
· 40 Pounds - 3” Torx head deck screws T25
· 40 Pounds - 2 1/2” Torx head deck screws T25
· 20 Pounds - 4” Torx head screws T25
· 200 - 8” timber Lok lag screws
· 65 Pounds - 1 ½” 10D Simpson tie connector nails
· Provide Estimated delivery schedule for the above materials
Site visit and questions shall be coordinated by contacting Jason Bowser, Director of Greene County Buildings and Grounds, Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by calling 724-852-5216.
A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany all bids.
The County of Greene reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in any bid received. Bids will be in effect for 30 days after opening.
Each bid shall clearly identify the project being bid on the face of the envelope, “Airport Building Egress Ramp and Deck Materials”
