Wanted Person, because they were scheduled for a contempt hearing before a judge and they failed to appear. The judge signs a process for the arrest of the individual prepared by the DRS.
(Note: A contempt hearing is scheduled when the DRS determines that an individual is not complying with their court order but it is up to the judge to determine contempt.) This listing here should not be interpreted to mean that they are guilty of committing a criminal offence until a court of law so decides. The Domestic Relations Office will use "best effort practices" to remove Wanted Persons for this listing. Inquiries should be made directly to the Domestic Relations Department at 724-852-5214.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System for Anonymous Tips:
The IVR phone system is used to report an anonymous tip or message, enabling a caller (tipster) to leave anonymous messages and/or tips, on a 24/7 basis -- it's a great tool to help protect the innocent!
The following steps will assist the caller/tipster on the basics of the IVR phone system for leaving tips and/or messages on the message recording:
1. Caller (tipster) dials/calls the Domestic Relations Support main number at 724-852-5214;
2. at the first prompt, must press "1" for a touch-tone phone;
3. on the next prompt, must press "5" to leave a anonymous message/tip;
4. at the next prompt, must press "2" and begin speaking - your anonymous tip message will be recorded as you speak;
5. once you've finish recording, press "#" to save the message and end the call.
You DO NOT need to leave your name or any personal information; your phone call will remain anonymous. Thank you for your help.
