The Commissioners Agenda Meetings are held on Wednesday's at 10:00 AM the same week as the public meetings and also in the first floor meeting room. Both meetings are open to the public. Meeting dates and any changes will be posted publically in the local newspaper and on the county website. The purpose of these agenda meetings are to do a preliminary review on various issues that are scheduled for the Commissioners Public Meetings; items concerning County business, such as contracts, personnel issues, certificates and proclamations.

Meeting Opened:
The Greene County Commissioners meeting was brought to order by Chairman Blair Zimmerman at 10:00 am in the first floor meeting room of the County office building. Others in attendance were: Commissioner Coder, Commissioner Trader, Chief Clerk Jeff Marshall, Cheryl Cowen, Lou Lewis, Stacey Courtwright, Karen Bennett, JoAnne Marshall, Charlotte Popielarcheck and Members of the Press.

Minutes — Commissioner Trader made the motion and Commissioner Coder the second to approve the minutes from July 12, 2017. Vote unanimous.

Finance and Administration:
  1. Commissioner Coder made the motion and Commissioner Trader the second to place on the agenda an annual maintenance agreement between the County of Greene and AutoClear for maintenance and upkeep of the three X-Ray machines. Vote unanimous.
  2. Commissioner Trader made the motion and Commissioner Coder the second to place on the agenda budget revision #3. Vote unanimous.
  3. Commissioner Coder made the motion and Commissioner Trader the second to place on the agenda a re-appointment to the Southwest Corner Workforce Development Board of Directors. Vote unanimous.
  4. Commissioner Trader made the motion and Commissioner Coder the second to place on the agenda the reallocation of 2015 Phare Funds. Vote unanimous.
  5. Commissioner Coder made the motion and Commissioner Trader the second to place on the agenda an agreement between the County of Greene and Jesse L. Fiske, Sr., LLC for Greene County Courthouse miscellaneous repairs and restorations project in the amount of $246,800. Vote unanimous.
  6. Commissioner Trader made the motion and Commissioner Coder the second to place on the agenda to adjust the clean and green values for 2018. Vote unanimous.

  1. Commissioner Coder made the motion and Commissioner Trader the second to place on the agenda the Commonwealth Law Assistance network agreement for information exchange and make Jeffrey A. Marshall signatory. Vote unanimous.
