Human Resources is responsible for monitoring and maintaining compliance of employee relations within full consideration to the county's Equal Employment Opportunity policies and Federal, State and Local Laws and Regulations.

Human Resources' mission is to promote quality employee relations, comprehensive recruitment, visionary workforce planning, transparent monitoring, accurate and timely payroll and quality benefit administration and assistance "SERVICES" to those who call upon us and to assist in the development, enhancement and prudent utilization of the County workforce while ensuring total Federal, State and Local regulatory compliance.
